SQS Capital invests money for the Schmidiger family and friends through a quantitative portfolio optimisation approach. The founder gained both academic and industry experience in the field of quantitative investing (risk, research and data science). The founders worked at reputable companies such as a bulge bracket bank and investment funds in Zurich and London.
The founder decided to transform a sound academic idea into a practical investment algorithm to initially manage money for himself and the families. SQS capital will be launched as a limited liability company (GmbH).
